Foreign Refereeing Crew Appointed for Al Ahly vs Zamalek Egypt Cup Semi-Final

The Egyptian Basketball Federation, headed by Amr Moselhi, has announced the appointment of a foreign officiating crew for the highly anticipated clash between Al Ahly and Zamalek in the semi-finals of the 2025–2026 Egypt Men’s Basketball Cup.

The game is scheduled to tip off at 8:30 PM at Dr. Hassan Mostafa Hall in 6th of October City.

International Officiating Team The federation confirmed that FIBA oversaw the selection of the refereeing crew, which includes:

Andris Aunkrogers (Latvia) Martin Vulik (Croatia) Ventsislav Velikov (Bulgaria)


Semi-Final Line-Up Earlier in the day, Al-Ittihad Alexandria will face Telecom Egypt at 5:00 PM in the other semi-final.

Final Schedule The final will take place on Sunday, April 19 at 8:00 PM, preceded by the third-place playoff at 5:00 PM.
