Ahmed Azab is back at Smouha

Smouha Sporting Club (Superleague) signed 30-year-old ex-international center Ahmed Azab (203cm-1995). It is actually his comeback to Smouha as he has played here before. He started the season at Al Ittihad Alexandria (Superleague). In 6 games, he had 4.0ppg and 1.0rpg. The last season he played at another Egyptian team Al Zamalek Cairo.
He was a member of the Egyptian international program for some years. Azab was called to the Egyptian Senior National Team in 2019 and previously to the Under 16 National Team in 2011.
He has played previously for Al Ahly Cairo, and his team made it to the Egyptian final in 2026.
