Egyptian Superleague round 13 best performance: Mostafa Kejo (by Hoops Agents)

International Power forward Mostafa Kejo (204-F/C-1994, agency: Diamond Sports) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for top-ranked Al Ittihad Alexandria, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 13.
The 31-year old player had a double-double of 20 points and 21 rebounds, while his team crushed Zamalek (#10, 4-5) with 20-point margin 104-84. It allowed Al Ittihad Al. to consolidate first place in the Egyptian Superleague. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Al Ittihad Al. keeps a perfect 10-0 record. In the team's last game Kejo had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Mostafa Kejo has solid league stats. He leads league in rebounds with 13.1rpg. The second best player in last round's games was young international power forward Khaled Abdelgawad (204-PF-1999) of Al Zamalek Cairo. Third on the list of top players last round was another Al Ittihad Al.'s star - international center Anas Mahmoud (214-C-1995). Mahmoud showcased his all-around game by recording 22 points, 11 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Al Ittihad Alexandria, helping his team with a 104-84 easy win against the lower-ranked Zamalek (#10, 4-5). Al Ittihad Al. have amazing season winning all 10 games without a single defeat. Mahmoud turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Mahmoud has a great season in Egypt. After 10 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.3rpg (6th best). He also has 2.0bpg and a FGP of 56.4%.
