The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Al Geish (5-1) in Cairo on Thursday night. Hosts were edged by Canal (7-0) 67-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Geish. Al Shams' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Heliopolis have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 5-2 record. Al Shams lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth place with six games lost. They share the position with Sporting and Aviation.

In the last game of round 10 Olympic won against Al Zohour on the opponent's court 63-56.

Mohamed Hassan chipped in 6 points and 10 rebounds. Mamdouh Mohamed produced 25 points and Mohamed Saeid added 6 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side.
