The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Al Geish (5-1) in Cairo on Thursday night. Hosts were edged by Canal (7-0) 67-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Geish. Ayman Rasmy fired a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Jervae Robinson produced 9 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Al Shams' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Heliopolis have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 5-2 record. Al Shams lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth place with six games lost. They share the position with Sporting and Aviation.

In the last game of round 10 Olympic won against Al Zohour on the opponent's court 63-56.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 15 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists by Mahmoud Shershaby of Heliopolis.

Rather expected game in Cairo where 11th ranked Al Zohour (2-5) was defeated by eighth ranked Olympic (4-3) 63-56 on Thursday. Olympic outrebounded Al Zohour 51-29 including a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Omar Mohamed fired a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Mohamed Hassan chipped in 6 points and 10 rebounds. Mamdouh Mohamed produced 25 points and Mohamed Saeid added 6 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Olympic have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. Al Zohour lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth position with five games lost.
