The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Al Shams (2-1) in Cairo on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by NBEC (4-0) 79-45. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Al Shams. NBEC have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Alexandria and Al Ahly. Shooting has registered their first victory this season after three consecutive losses. The win is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Somouha (2-2) on the road game in Alexandria 63-57. Shooting (1-3) left bottom position moving up to eleventh place, which they share with 3 other teams. Somouha at the other side keeps the seventh position with two games lost. They share it with Misr Insurance.
El Ward has registered their first victory this season after two consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Alexandria, where they edged Olympic (1-3) 76-73 on Saturday. El Ward (1-2) left bottom position moving up to ninth place, which they share with Al Gezira. It was Olympic's third loss in a row. Newly promoted team dropped to the eleventh position with three games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 4: Heliopolis lost to undefeated Al Ahly on the opponent's court 48-77. Alexandria outscored New Giza in a home game 110-80. Wadi Degla recorded a loss to Nasr on the road 41-35. Al Zohour crushed Aviation on its own court 105-57. Misr Insurance smashed Al Gezira in Cairo 78-58.
