Al Ahly Sporting Club - Ferroviario de Maputo 77–51

Al Ahly Sporting Club became the 2025 Women's Basketball League Africa champions beating Ferroviario de Maputo 77–51. They started the Final with a 29-17 lead and dominated the rest of the game. Raneem Elgedawy (193-F/C-1997, college: WKU) was named MVP. She top-scored for the winners with 29 points. Nadine Mohamed followed her with 18 points and Meral Abdelgawad (180-G-1998, college: WKU) scored 12. Odelia Mafanela (181-F-1989) replied with 11 points in a loss.
