Rami Ibrahim is a newcomer at Al Ahly Cairo

Al Ahly Cairo (Superleague) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 36-year old ex-international power forward Rami Ibrahim (205cm-102kg-1988) for season 2024-25. He played last season at Somouha.
He was also a member of the Egyptian international program for some years. Ibrahim played for Egyptian Senior National Team between 2009 and 2020 and previously for the Under 18 National Team back in 2008.
He also represented Egypt at the FIBA World Cup 2019 Qualifiers five years ago. During this event he scored an average of 5.5 points per game and had 2.2 rebounds per game.
Ibrahim played also at Al Ittihad Alexandria.
Among many awards his team was regular season runner-up in Egyptian League Group 1 in 2022. He was voted to Afrobasket.com All-Egyptian Superleague Honorable Mention back in 2021.
It's very possible he may end his playing career at Al Ahly Cairo.
