Al Ahly Cairo (Superleague) tabbed 18-year old 182cm guard Youssef Elghayesh for new season. He played most recently at Sporting.
He represented Egypt at the FIBA World Cup U19 in Debrecen (Hungary) last year. Elghayesh's team won Gold and he had over 3 points per game.
Elghayesh has played previously for Somouha. His team made it to the League Semifinals in 2024.
