Thunder Basket Matelica (Serie A2) added 24-year-old double-passport holder Egyptian forward Tamara Shash (187cm-2000, college: St.Leo) to their roster for the new 2024-25 season. She played last season at Delser LBS Udine. In 32 Serie A2 games, she recorded 5.1ppg and 3.9rpg. She helped them win the cup and reach the league final.
Shash was a member of the Egyptian Under 16 National Team in 2015.
She graduated from Saint Leo University in 2023 and it's her second season as a pro player.
