Heliopolis (Superleague) signed 20-year-old 201cm forward Ali Hegazi for the upcoming season. He last played for Zamalek.
He represented Egypt at the FIBA World Cup U19 in Debrecen (Hungary) last year. Aly's team won Gold and he had almost 7 points per game.
Aly has played for Al Ahly Cairo before. His team reached the League Semifinals in 2024.
