Crawford inks at Heliopolis at the beginning of her pro career

Heliopolis Cairo (Superleague) added to their roster American guard Jayla Crawford (170cm) for new 2023-24 season. She just graduated from Alabama State University (NCAA). She has played there for the last five years. She helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in NCAA1. They also advanced to the league semifinals. Crawford's high school career she had spent at Huffman High School in Birmingham, AL.
As mentioned above she is just out of the college and it will be her first full season as a pro.
