Alexandria Sporting Club (Super , league) agreed terms with 24-year old American guard Destiny Pitts (178cm-1999, college: Texas A&M) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Pitts joins another USA player Reem Moussa who is already in the roster.
She played this summer at Centauros in Mexican Chihuahua Vive. In three Women Basketball League Americas games just recently she had very impressive stats: 22.3ppg, 7.7rpg, 3.3apg and 2.0spg. The last season she played at Al Gezira. She helped them to make it to the cup final.
She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 and it will be her second season as a professional player. Pitts played in the final of Mexican LNBPF in 2023. She was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LNBPF Honorable Mention in 2023. Pitts played also for University of Minnesota for 3 years.
