Alexandria Sporting Club (Superleague) inked 20-year old international 179cm forward Aya Elfiky for upcoming season.

She is not a newcomer in Egyptian League as she played most recently at Al Gezira.

Her team made it to the Egyptian Cup Finalist in 2023 final.

The previous (2021-22) season she played at another Egyptian team Al Ahly.

She has been also a member of Egyptian international program for some years. She played for Egyptian senior team this year and two years ago for U22 National Team.

She represented Egypt at the African Championship U18 in Cairo (Egypt) three years ago. Elfiky's team won Gold and her stats at that event were 5 games: 5.4ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.8apg, FGP: 37.5%, 3PT-2(33.3%), FT: 30.0%.
