Heliopolis (Superleague) landed experienced 37-year old former international 200cm forward Mostafa Meshaal for upcoming season2023-2024


He played most recently at Misr Insurance.
Meshaal's team was regular season runner-up in Egyptian League in 2019 and 2021.

The previous (2021-22) season he was tested by Zamalek. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Meshaal was a member of Egyptian Senior National Team between 2009 and 2017.

He has spent his entire career in Egypt playing for three other teams: Al Ahly, Al Shams and Al Gezira.
It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Meshaalliopolis. Meshaal's team was regular season runner-up in Egyptian League in 2019 and 2021.
