Al-Ittihad-Alexandria () inked 26-year old American 176cm guard Cierra Dillard (college: Buffalo). It is actually her comeback to Alexandria as she has played here before.


Dillard played the african tournament for Sporting and led them to win the title

Three years ago she was drafted by Minnesota Lynx (WNBA) in second round (20th overall).

She graduated from University of Buffalo in 2019 and it is her fourth season in pro basketball.

Dillard is a very experienced player. She has quite traveled the world as her pro career brought her to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Africa and of course North America). Dillard has played previously professionally also in Finland (Tapiolan Honka), Spain (Casablanca), Turkey (Yalova Vip) and Egypt (Somouha and of courseAl Ittihad).

She played in the final of Turkish TKBL Playoffs in 2022. Dillard was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TKBL Guard of the Year in 2022.
