El Shams Cairo (Superleague) tabbed 24-year old American 178cm guard Kristen Spolyar (college: Butler) for new season 2022-2023


Spolyar played last summer at Adelitas in Mexican LNBPF.

In 16 games she averaged impressive 15.1ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.0apg and 1.9spg. The last season she played at Budivelnyk in Ukrainian Superleague where in 24 games she was league's third best scorer with remarkable 21.6ppg and recorded 5.4rpg, 4.6apg and 3.9spg (leader !!!). She helped them to win the cup.


Spolyar has played also professionally in Switzerland (Geneve).

She graduated from Butler University in 2020 and it will be her third season in pro basketball.
