Heliopolis Cairo (Superleague) added to their roster experienced 34-year old American power forward Lyndra Littles Weaver (185cm-87, college: Virginia). Littles Weaver played last summer at Atenienses de Manati in Puerto Rican BSNF.

In 16 games she had very impressive stats: 22.6ppg, 14.0rpg, 3.9apg and 1.6spg. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. Great season as she was voted Latinbasket.com All-Puerto Rican BSNF Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year and Center of the Year. The last season she played at Promete in Spanish LF Endesa where in 19 games she recorded 9.6ppg and 5.1rpg.

In 2009 she was drafted by Connecticut Sun (WNBA) in second round (17th overall).
Littles Weaver attended University of Virginia and it is her 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.

She is quite experienced player. Littles Weaver's career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in nine different countries. Littles Weaver tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America.

She has played previously professionally in Argentina (Berazategui), Italy (Parma and Vigarano), Latvia, Poland (Polska StrefaInwestycji Enea Gorzow Wielkopolski), Turkey (Cankaya), Spain (IDK Eustotren, CREF Hola and Clarinos), Puerto Rico (Gigantes) and Ecuador (Universidad Tecnologica Equinoc. Quito and Lums).

Her team was regular season runner-up in Argentinian Superliga Norte in 2017.
