Haia Al Qana adds Yacoubou to their roster, ex Plateros

Haia Al Qana (Superleague) added to their roster 29-year old American guard Ash Yacoubou (193cm-98kg-92, college: St.Louis) for new 2022 season. Yacoubou played last season at Plateros in Mexican LNBP.

In two games he recorded 6.5ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.0apg.

His career allowed him to visit three different continents. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. Yacoubou has played previously professionally in Croatia (Skrljevo), Dominican Republic (Titanes) and NBA G League (Long Island Nets). He played in the final of Dominican Republic LNB in 2021. Yacoubou was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Dominican Republic LNB Honorable Mention in 2021.

He attended Saint Louis University until 2016 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
