Al Ahly Cairo (Superleague) added to their roster 28-year old American guard Robyn Parks (185cm-92, college: VCU). She will replace American player Kayla Thornton who will play in the new WNBA season

Parks started the season at Casademont Zaragoza in Spanish Liga Dia. In 7 games she recorded 13.9ppg, 4.9rpg and 1.3apg.
Part of last season she spent at Valencia BC (also in Liga Dia) where in four games she averaged 9.0ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.5spg. Parks also played for Inter-Clube in Angolan league.

Parks' career allowed her to visit three different continents. She tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Africa and of course North America. Parks has played previously professionally also in Hungary (PEAC-Pecs) and Poland (Sosnowiec).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others her team made it to the African Champions Cup final in 2019. Parks was also voted All-Atlantic 10 1st Team back in 2014 at her college time.
She attended Virginia Commonwealth University until 2014 and it is her eighth season as a professional player.
