YOUSSEF ABOUSHOUSHA

Al Ettehad Alexandria (Superleague) inked 25-year old international swingman Youssef Aboushousha (192-93). The last time (9-16) he played at Sporting in Egyptian Superleague. Aboushousha has played there for the last seven years.
Among other achievements he won Egyptian League championship title in 2013 and 2015. Aboushousha received also Afrobasket.com All-Egyptian Superleague 3rd Team award back in 2015.
He has been also a member of Egyptian international program for some years. Aboushousha has regularly played for Egyptian senior team since 2013 and previously for U19 National Team in 2011.
He represented Egypt at the Afrobasket Championships last year. His stats at that event were 4 games: 6.0ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 37.5%, 3PT: 33.3%, FT: 0.0%.

Egypt hold off Algeria in opener - 7 days ago
HOSTS Egypt defeated Algeria 69-62 last night in the opening game of the 23rd Arab Men's Basketball Championship, being held in Cairo. The Egyptians held a narrow 51-47 lead heading into the final quarter and did well to close the game out and make a winning start. Tournament action continues today with two games on the cards. Ettehad celebrate the title in Beirut - 1 month ago
Beirut - Ettehad 70:74 Ettehad clinched the Arab Club Championship trophy. They overcame hosting Beirut in the Final. Ramon Galloway (190-SG-91, college: La Salle) scored 23 points to lead the winners. Ettehad posted a 24:12 lead after the opening frame. The Egyptian team boosted the margin at 15-point mark 40:25.
