The Egyptian Gezira are the champions of the 2004-2005 Egyptian Basketball League. This is the second year in a row Gezira have the title. Al Ahli are second till now in the classification and Zamalek are third and Al Ittihad as Sakandari fourth, followed by Sporting and Smouha.
