Lydie Katshitshi

Futurosa Trieste (Serie A2) signed 26-year-old DR Congolese 184cm center Lydie Katshitshi. She was the top rebounder at Delser LBS Udine last season, averaging 14.1ppg, 10.0rpg, 1.1apg, and 1.2spg in 31 Serie A2 games in Italy. She helped them win the cup and reach the league final. She was named Eurobasket.com All-Italian Serie A2 Import Player of the Year and was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-Italian Serie A2 First Team. She played for Akronos Moncalieri (Serie A1) for the previous five seasons (2018-23).
Katshitshi has played ppg for another Italian team Scrivia.
