Boungou-Colo is back at Levallois

Boulogne-Levallois Metropolitans (Betclic ELITE ProA) signed 33-year old French-Congolese ex-international forward Nobel Boungou-Colo (202cm, agency: Interperformances) for upcoming 2021-22 season. It is actually his comeback to Metropolitans as he has played here before. Boungou-Colo has played for the last two seasons at Paris Basketball in ProB. He helped his team get promotion to Betclic ELITE ProA. In 34 ProB games he had 11.6ppg, 3.6rpg, 2.8apg and 1.2spg last season. Boungou-Colo contributed to his team ending the regular season as at the second position in the league.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014. Boungou-Colo was a member of French Senior National Team between 2014 and 2015.
He is quite experienced player. Boungou-Colo has played also professionally in Italy (Torino), Russia (Khimki), Spain (Joventut and Real Betis) and France (Limoges CSP Elite, Le Mans, Sluc Nancy, Hyeres-Toulon and ADA Blois).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Boungou-Colo's team won Italian Cup in 2018. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProB 3rd Team in 2020.
