Rouen kept Earvine Bassoumba (205-F/C-96, agency: Octagon Europe) on the roster. The centre has agreed on a new two-year deal with the team. The Congolese averaged 6.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and .9 blocks per game in ProB last season. Previously Earvine Bassoumba played for Le Mans. He was ProB playoff finalist in 2019.
