APR-Basketball-Club (RBL) inked 29-year-old Congolese international 198cm forward Rolly Fula Nganga. Fula Nganga played recently at Bangui in the Central African D1 league. The last season he played at Fukash in the DR Congolese league where in 6 Basketball Africa League games he averaged an impressive 19.2ppg, 8.7rpg, 1.8apg, and 1.2spg.

He also represented DR Congo at the Afrobasket Championship six years ago. His stats at that event were 4 games: 7.0ppg, 3.0rpg, FGP: 53.8%, 3PT: 25.0%, FT: 50.0%.

Fula Nganga has played previously professionally in Algeria (GS Petroliers) and DR Congo (ASB Mazembe and ASB New Generation).
