Cape Verde Basketball Federation promotes Level I courses for Coaches

The Cape Verdean Basketball Federation (FCB), in partnership with the Cape Verdean Olympic Committee, organizes from the 9 to the 19 of January, a course for Basketball coaches, of level 1. This initiative integrates in the strategy of the FCB to develop the modality in the country.

The course endorsed by FIBA and FIBA AFRICA and financed by the Olympic Solidarity will be directed by a Spanish trainer, Brizuela, and by Claude Constantino, president of the Coaches Committee of FIBA AFRICA.

The Regional Associations of Basketball, clubs and old international players were all invited to participate in the course.

The opening ceremony of courses, as well as the theoretical lessons will take place in the Cape Verdean Soccer Federation training center. The practical lessons are talking place in the Vava Duarte Pavilion.
