Thomas re-signs at Emlak

Jessica Thomas

Emlak Konut Istanbul (KBSL) confirmed in their roster 30-year old Cameroonian-American ex-international guard Jessica Thomas (168cm-1994, college: Miami, FL). She is the second foreign player in the roster as Nigerian Victoria Macaulay signed here earlier.
She was a team leader there last season. In 25 KBSL games she had very impressive stats: 18.2ppg, 5.0rpg and 6.7apg. She helped them to make it to the cup final.
The previous (2024) summer she played at Adelitas de Chihuahua (LNBPF) in Mexican league. She was a member of Cameroonian Senior National Team two years ago.
Thomas is quite experienced player. She has played in eight different countries on four different continents (Europe, Latin America, Australia and of course North America). Thomas has played previously professionally in Australia (Cyclones), France (Lyon), Greece (Olympiacos), Latvia (TTT Riga), Mexico, Sweden (Lulea Basket) and Portugal (BAC Cabana Beach Bar).
Among many awards she won French LFB championship title in 2023. She was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Douglas BBL Import Player of the Year back in 2021.
Thomas graduated from University of Miami in 2017 and it will be her ninth season as a professional player.
