Cameroon U18 outgunned Uganda U18 to celebrate the third place in South Africa. Cameroon established a 36-33 halftime lead. They extended the lead to as many as 8 points at the final intermission. Uganda managed to narrow the distance in the fourth period but could not avoid the loss. Damaris Emedie (192-C-2007) fired 19 points and 24 rebounds to lead the winners. Resty Nanangwe (2007) replied with 19 points and 8 boards for Uganda.
