Mali U18 cruised past Cameroon U18 to seal the championship game berth. Mali registered a 40-20 halftime lead. They exploded with 63 points in the second half and marched to the victory. Oummou Koumare (176-F-2006) and Mamady Doumbia posted 24 points each for Mali. Damaris Emedie (192-C-2007) answered with 18 points and 11 rebounds for Cameroon.
