Cameroon U18 held off Angola U18 to seal their semifinal berth at AfroBasket. Angola led by two points at halftime 33-31. But Cameroon used a 19-15 rally in the third term to snatch a narrow lead. They protected it well throughout the fourth stanza and rallied to a narrow win at the end. Damaris Emedie (192-C-2007) produced 15 points and 19 rebounds for Cameroon. Ana Servico (2007) answered with 15 points and 10 boards for Angola.
