Paul Biligha is a newcomer at Tortona

Paul Biligha

Bertram Yachts Derthona Tortona (Serie A) strengthened their roster with the addition of experienced 34-year-old Italian-Cameroonian international center Paul Biligha (200cm-106kg-1990, agency: Players Group) for the 2024-25 season. He played last season at Dolomiti Energia Trentino (Serie A). In 34 games, he recorded 9.9ppg, 3.0rpg, and 1.1apg. He also played 18 games in Eurocup, where he averaged 9.4ppg, 3.6rpg, 1.2apg, and 1.1bpg. For the four previous seasons (2019-23), he played at another Italian team, Armani Milano.
Biligha has been a member of the Italian international program for some years. He has regularly played for the Italian senior team since 2017 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2010.
Biligha also represented Italy at the FIBA World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers last year. During this event he scored an average of 6.3 ppg and had 2.6 rpg.
He has spent his entire career in Italy playing for six other teams: Umana Venezia, Pavia Basket, Firenze PDrag, Avellino, Cremona, and Ferentino.
Biligha's team won the Italian SerieA Regular Season in 2023. He was voted Eurobasket.com All-Italian Serie A Most Improved Player of the Year in 2017.
