Eight teams entered 2024 season in Cameroon. FAP overcame Onyx 64-56 in the opener. United ladies edged AS Keep the Dream 48-42, whilst Overdose did not leave any chances for Ecole de Basket 76-37. In another game Universite de Douala overcame Battiston Foundation 85-68. They dominated the majority of the game to seal the win.
