Defending champion Forces Armees et Police Basketball de Yaounde (D1) strengthened their roster with addition of 26-year old Nigerian 206cm forward Austin Akpejiori. He played most recently at Kwara Falcons in Nigerian DStv PBL. But in 5 Basketball Africa League games he just recently played he recorded only 1.4ppg and 2.0rpg last season.
