Here is the weekly review of the top performing Cameroonian players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international forward Kenny Kadji (211-88, agency: Octagon Europe, college: Miami, FL, currently plays in EuroCup). He could not help Bursaspor (0-3) in their last game. Despite Kadji's good performance the sixth-placed Bursaspor (0-3) was badly defeated 94-76 at home by the second-ranked Gran Canaria in the group D of Eurocup. He recorded 12 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 22 minutes on the court. So far Bursaspor lost all three games in the Regular Season. It's Kadji's first season with the team. Kadji has relatively good stats this year: 12.7ppg, 5.7rpg, 2.0apg, 2FGP: 52.4%, 3FGP: 33.3% and FT: 66.7% in three games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international forward Williams Narace (201-97, currently plays in France). Narace was not able to help Le Mans in their game against Chalons-Reims (1-4) in the French Jeep ELITE ProA. He scored 7 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Le Mans was edged 87-84 on their home court in Le Mans by the much lower-ranked Chalons-Reims (#15). But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Narace averages: 9.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.7apg, 2FGP: 55.0% and FT: 55.6%. He is in the roster of the Cameroonian senior national team.

   #3. The Cameroonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard Gedeon Pitard (186-89, currently plays in France). Pitard was the major contributor in a Olympique Antibes' victory against the league outsider Saint-Quentin (0-2) 83-79 in the French ProB (second division) on Friday night. He scored 16 points in 31 minutes. Sharks Antibes (2-1) is placed fifth in the ProB. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Pitard's overall stats are: 9.0ppg, 2.7rpg, 3.7apg, 2.0spg, 3FGP: 22.2% in three games. He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and French. Despite Pitard played previously for the French U18 national team, he is currently a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.

An experienced forward Harding NaNa (203-81, college: Delaware, currently plays in Switzerland) led Swiss Central to a victory over the eighth-ranked Academie Fribourg (0-2) 77-67 in the Swiss NLB (second division) last Wednesday. He was MVP of the game. NaNa had a double-double by scoring 27 points and getting 12 rebounds in 30 minutes. Swiss Central Basket Luzern (3-0) is placed first in the NLB. So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. NaNa has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 23.7ppg and 9.7rpg in three games. NaNa used to play for the Cameroonian national team back in 2015.

International forward Benoit Mbala (200-95, currently plays in France) was not able to secure a victory for Limoges CSP Elite (3-1) in their game against Levallois (4-0) in the French Jeep ELITE ProA. He did not beat the league record on Monday evening. Mbala scored only 2 points. The league leader Limoges CSP Elite was defeated 82-76 on the road by the second-ranked Levallois. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Mbala's total stats this season are: 2.8ppg and 1.4rpg. He plays currently for the Cameroonian national team.

MBida managed to help Champagne Chalons-Reims Basket to win against the eighth-ranked Le Mans (2-1) 87-84. He scored only 2 points. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. MBida's total stats this season are: 3.2ppg and 1.8rpg. He used to play for the Cameroonian national team five years ago.

Bertrand Awana (206-C-97, college: Lenoir-Rhyne, currently plays in Denmark) was the major contributor in Wolfpack's victory against the third-ranked BAC (1-4) 84-69 in the Danish BasketLigaen in Saturday night's game. Awana scored 14 points and grabbed 5 rebounds; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Pro B. BMS Herlev Wolfpack (3-1) is placed first. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Awana's total stats this season are: 7.5ppg, 8.5rpg and 1.5bpg.

   #2. Experienced Ralph Temgoua (194-G-87, college: St.Lawrence, currently plays in France) led Tours to an easy victory against the tenth-ranked Etoile Angers (2-4) 98-83 in the French NM1 (third division) on Friday night. Temgoua scored 17 points (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line) in 22 minutes. Union Tours Metropole Basket (4-1) is placed third in Group A. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This year Temgoua has relatively solid stats: 12.0ppg, 1.8rpg and 1.8apg in five games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and French.

   #3. Arthur Ekani (199-F-88, currently plays in France) contributed to an easy victory against the 13th-ranked Orchesien BC (0-2) 98-83 in the French NM1 (third division) in Tuesday night's game. Ekani scored 8 points. Mulhouse Basket Agglomeration (2-2) is placed seventh in Group B. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Ekani's total stats this season are: 6.5ppg and 2.3rpg.
