We bring you last week's top performances from Cameroonians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.
#1. This week's number one is an international forward
Kenny Kadji (211-88, agency:
Octagon Europe, college:
Miami, FL, currently plays in EuroCup). Kadji could not help
Bursaspor (0-2) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his good performance the sixth-placed Bursaspor (0-2) was defeated
93-84 at home by the higher-ranked Promitheas (#4) in the group D of Eurocup.
Kadji scored 11 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.
Kadji has relatively good stats this season: 13.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.5apg, 1.5spg, 3FGP: 44.4%.
He is currently a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international forward
Benoit Mbala (200-95, currently plays in France). Mbala managed to help Limoges CSP Elite in a victory against the tenth-ranked SIG Strasbourg (2-3)
74-66 in the French Jeep ELITE ProA on Monday night.
He recorded only 2 points in 17 minutes.
Limoges CSP Elite (3-1) is placed second in the Jeep ELITE ProA.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
This year Mbala averages: 3.0ppg, 1.3rpg, 1.3spg in four games he played so far.
He is in the roster of the Cameroonian senior national team.
#3. The Cameroonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard
Gedeon Pitard (186-89, currently plays in France). Pitard was not able to help
Olympique Antibes in their game against SPO Rouen (1-1) in the French ProB (second division). His contribution was not very remarkable in Friday's game.
Pitard scored only 2 points and added 5 passes.
Olympique Antibes was defeated
87-81 on the road by the higher-ranked SPO Rouen (#6).
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
Pitard's overall stats this year are: 5.5ppg, 3.0rpg, 4.5apg, 2.0spg, 2FGP: 44.4%, 3FGP: 16.7%.
He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and French.

#4. Forward
Arnaud-William Adala Moto (198-93, agency:

Towson, currently plays in Spain) led
Castello to a victory over the league outsider Real Murcia (0-1) crushing them
86-58 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) last Saturday.
He was MVP of the game. Adala Moto recorded 19 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 24 minutes. It was his first game for Castello this season.
His team is placed fourth in the LEB Gold.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Adala Moto is also Cameroonian national team player.
#5. Former international center
Junior MBida (206-90, currently plays in France) was not able to secure a victory for
Chalons-Reims (0-2) in their game against Entente Orleans 45 (2-2) in the French Jeep ELITE ProA. He did not beat the league record on Saturday evening.
MBida scored only 2 points.
Chalons-Reims was badly defeated
99-79 in Orleans by the much higher-ranked Entente 45 (#9).
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
MBida's overall stats this season are: 4.7ppg and 2.0rpg.
He used to play for the Cameroonian national team
five years ago.
#6. Guard
Frank Tchoubaye (198-92, currently plays in France) couldn't help
SOPCC (1-2) in their game against Andrezieux (3-1) in the French NM1 (third division), despite his very good performance in Friday night's game.
Tchoubaye recorded 13 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 32 minutes.
But SOPCC (#9) lost
72-82 on their home court in Pont de Cheruy to the second-ranked Andrezieux in the Group B.

#7. International power forward
Franck Yangue Tankeu (205-90, agency:

Andrezieux's victory against the 14th-ranked CFBB (0-2)
70-54 in the French NM1 (third division) in Tuesday night's game.
He recorded 11 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
Andrezieux Boutheon Loire Sud Basket (3-1) is placed second in Group B.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
It's Yangue Tankeu's first year with the team.
Yangue Tankeu's total stats this season are: 7.0ppg and 6.0rpg.
He is also Cameroonian national team player.
#8. An experienced forward
Arsene Towa (191-81, currently plays in Finland) couldn't help
HNMKY in their game against ToPo Juniorit (1-0) in the Finnish 1st Division (second division).
Towa recorded 9 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. It was his first game for HNMKY this season.
But HNMKY (#5) was defeated

He recorded 5 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists in 34 minutes. It was his first game for Belenenses CF this season.
His team is placed first in South group.
