Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Cameroonians who are currently playing abroad.
#1. This week's number one is an international forward
Kenny Kadji (211-88, agency:
Octagon Europe, college:
Miami, FL, currently plays in Turkey). He could not help one of league's weakest teams
Bursaspor (5-13) in their last game. Despite Kadji's very good performance Bursaspor lost
78-90 at home to the higher-ranked (#5) Gaziantep.
He was the top scorer with 16 points. Kadji also added 7 rebounds in 39 minutes on the court.
It was Bursaspor's fifth consecutive loss in a row.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
Kadji has relatively good stats this year: 12.7ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 41.2%, 3FGP: 71.4% and FT: 81.8% in three games he played so far.
He is currently a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an experienced former international shooting guard
D.J. Strawberry (196-85, college:
Maryland, currently plays in Spain). Strawberry contributed to a 2-point
UCAM Murcia's victory against the 16th-ranked Real Betis (1-3)
74-72 in the Spanish Liga Endesa last Saturday.
He scored 8 points and added 4 assists.
Universidad Catolica de Murcia CB (3-2) is placed seventh in the Liga Endesa.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This season Strawberry averages: 6.6ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.2apg, 2FGP: 35.3%, 3FGP: 26.1%.
He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and American.
Strawberry played for the Cameroonian national team in 2018.
#3. The Cameroonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard
Gedeon Pitard (186-89, currently plays in France). He contributed to a
Olympique Antibes' victory against the 15th-ranked Gries/Oberhoffen (0-1)
89-79 in the French ProB (second division) in Friday night's game.
Pitard recorded 9 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and made 2 blocks. It was his first game for Olympique Antibes this season.
His team is placed first in the ProB.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Pitard is another player who holds two passports: Cameroonian and French.
Despite he played previously for the French U18 national team, Pitard is currently a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.
#4. Forward
Benoit Mbala (200-95, currently plays in France) managed to help Limoges CSP Elite to win against the eighth-ranked SIG Strasbourg (2-2)
74-66 in the French Jeep ELITE ProA on Monday night.
He recorded only 2 points.
Limoges CSP Elite (2-1) is placed third in the Jeep ELITE ProA.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Mbala's overall stats this season are: 3.0ppg, 1.3rpg and 1.3spg.
He is also Cameroonian national team player.
#5. Former international forward
Harding NaNa (203-81, college:
Delaware, currently plays in Switzerland) was the major contributor in a
Swiss Central's victory against the eighth-ranked Levaux (0-1)
83-71 in the Swiss NLB (second division) in Sunday night's game.
NaNa had a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 12 rebounds in 24 minutes. It was his first game for Swiss Central this season.
His team is placed third in the NLB.

five years ago.
#6. Guard
Samir Gbetkom Bikantchou (191-98, currently plays in France) led
JA Vichy to a victory against the 14th-ranked ALM Evreux (0-1)
105-95 in the French ProB (second division) last Friday.
He recorded 16 points. It was his first game for JA Vichy this season.
His team is placed sixth in the ProB.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Gbetkom Bikantchou is an international player who is currently on the senior Cameroonian National Team roster.
#7. Former international guard
Frank Tchoubaye (198-92, currently plays in France) helped
SOPCC edge the eighth-ranked GET Vosges (1-2)
71-69 in the French NM1 (third division) in Saturday night's game.
Tchoubaye scored 5 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.
SO Pont de Cheruy Charvieu Chavanoz (1-1) is placed sixth in Group B.

90-80 in the Italian Serie A on Sunday night.
He scored 9 points (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line) in only 12 minutes.
Acqua S.Bernardo Cantu (2-1) is placed second in Group A.

This year Bayehe's overall stats are: 3.3ppg and 1.7rpg in three games he played so far.
#2. Bertrand Awana (206-C-97, college:
Lenoir-Rhyne, currently plays in Denmark) contributed to
Wolfpack's victory against the second-ranked Amager
82-77 in the Danish BasketLigaen last Thursday.
He scored 6 points, grabbed 19 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 30 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Pro B. BMS Herlev Wolfpack (1-1) is placed first.

It's Awana's first year with the team.

#3. Experienced
Ralph Temgoua (194-G-87, college:
St.Lawrence, currently plays in France) led
Tours to a victory over the 12th-ranked Lourdes-Tarbes (0-1) crushing them
81-61 in the French NM1 (third division) on Saturday night.
He was MVP of the game. Temgoua scored 18 points in 24 minutes.
Union Tours Metropole Basket (2-0) is placed first in Group A.

This year Temgoua has relatively solid stats: 10.5ppg, 1.5rpg and 2.0apg in two games.
He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and French.
#4. Arthur Ekani (199-F-88, currently plays in France). Ekani could not help
Mulhouse (0-1) to beat Saint Vallier (2-0). He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones.
Ekani scored only 2 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 16 minutes. It was his first game for Mulhouse this season.
The 13th-placed Mulhouse (0-1) was edged
64-63 on the road by the leading Saint Vallier in the Group B.
