Royal Castors Braine (Top Division Women) inked 26-year old Cameroonian ex-international power forward Brittany Starling (183-94, college: USC Upstate). In 20 Top Division Women games in Belgium she was second best scorer with impressive 19.4ppg and had 10.9rpg (#4 in the league), 2.1apg and 2.2spg (in top 4) last season. The previous (2019) summer Starling played at UNINASSAU Basquete (LBF) in Brazilian league where in 12 games she recorded 12.5ppg, 8.7rpg (#2 in the league) and 2.2apg in 2019 season. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. Good season as she was also here selected League Player of the Week.
She has a double citizenship as she also holds American passport.
Starling represented Cameroon at the Olympic Games Additional Qualifying Round in Nantes (France) four years ago. Her stats at that event were 2 games: 8.0ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.5apg, 1.0spg.
Starling has played previously professionally also in Finland (Peli Karhut).
