Here is the weekly review of the top performing Cameroonian players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international forward Kenny Kadji (211-88, college: Miami, FL, currently plays in EuroCup). He led his Turkish team Tofas to a victory over the closely-ranked Asseco Arka (0-2) 96-79 in the Eurocup in Wednesday night's game. Kadji was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 27 points and getting 10 rebounds. Kadji also added 3 assists in 26 minutes on the court. Tofas Bursa (1-1) is placed fifth in group B. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Kadji has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 20.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 3.0apg, 2FGP: 76.9%, 3FGP: 44.4% and FT: 57.1% in two games he played so far. Kadji is currently a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.

Benoit Mbala

   #2. Second place goes to an international forward Benoit Mbala (203-95, currently plays in South Korea). He was the main contributor in a Samsung Thunders' victory against the league outsider DB Promy (0-2) 86-71 in the South Korean KBL last Sunday. Mbala was the best player in that game. He recorded 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 blocks. It was his first game for Samsung Thunders this season. His team are placed fifth in the KBL. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Mbala is in the roster of the Cameroonian senior national team.

   #3. The Cameroonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international shooting guard Jeremy Nzeulie (188-91, currently plays in France). Nzeulie was the major contributor in a SIG Strasbourg's victory against the 13th-ranked Limoges CSP Elite (2-3) crushing them 81-61 in the French ProA in Sunday night's game. He scored 14 points. SIG Strasbourg (4-1) is placed fifth in the ProA. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Nzeulie's overall stats this season are: 4.8ppg, 2.6rpg, 1.2apg, 2FGP: 33.3%. He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and French. Nzeulie is also a member of the Cameroonian senior national team.

   #4. An experienced shooting guard D.J. Strawberry (196-85, college: Maryland, currently plays in Spain) could not help Gran Canaria (1-1) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Strawberry's good performance Gran Canaria was defeated 89-76 on the road by the higher-ranked Unicaja Malaga (#5). He recorded 10 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. It's Strawberry's first season with the team. Strawberry has relatively good stats this year: 11.4ppg, 3.8rpg and 2.8apg. He is another player who holds two passports: Cameroonian and American. Strawberry is also Cameroonian national team player.

   #5. International guard Gedeon Pitard (188-89, currently plays in France) was not able to help Chalons-Reims in their game against JL Bourg (3-2) in the French ProA. He scored 9 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 23 minutes. But Chalons-Reims was badly defeated 102-83 in Bourg by the higher-ranked (#4) JL Bourg. This year Pitard's overall stats are: 5.3ppg, 2.3rpg and 2.3apg in four games. He has both Cameroonian and French nationalities. Despite Pitard played previously for the French U18 national team, he is currently in the Cameroonian national team roster.

Forward Williams Williams (201-97, currently plays in France) contributed to a Sluc Nancy's victory against one of league's weakest teams Quimper UJAP (0-1) 70-65 in the French ProB (second division) last Saturday. Williams recorded 6 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. It was his first game for Sluc Nancy this season. His team is placed fourth in the ProB. Williams is an international player who is currently on the senior Cameroonian National Team roster.

Former international center Junior MBida (206-90, currently plays in France) helped Entente Orleans 45 win their game against the 13th-ranked ALM Evreux (0-1) crushing them 87-66 in the French ProB (second division) on Saturday night. He recorded 6 points, 5 rebounds and 3 blocks in 17 minutes. It was his first game for Entente Orleans 45 this season. His team is placed sixth in the ProB. MBida used to play for the Cameroonian national team three years ago.

He scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 21 minutes. The bottom-ranked Sakarya BSB lost 82-92 on the opponent's court to the much higher-ranked (#3) Buyukcekmece. Nnoko has averaged so far 9.0ppg and 8.5rpg in two games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Cameroonian National Team roster.

   #11. International forward Arnaud-William Adala Moto (198-93, agency: Duran International, college: Towson, currently plays in France) helped JA Vichy win their game against the closely-ranked Denain Voltaire 69-56 in the French ProB (second division) on Friday night. Adala Moto recorded 13 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 28 minutes. It was his first game for JA Vichy this season. Adala Moto plays currently for the Cameroonian national team.

   #12. Former international center Gaston Essengue (203-83, college: UNLV, currently plays in Chile) couldn't help Puente Alto in their game against Espanol de Talca in the Chilean Liga Nacional. Essengue scored 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. His team was badly defeated by 17 points 86-69. This season Essengue has relatively solid stats: 12.7ppg, 6.7rpg and 1.3spg. He used to play for the Cameroonian national team back in 2015.

   #13. Former international forward Harding NaNa (203-81, college: Delaware, currently plays in Switzerland) couldn't help Swiss Central in their game against Monthey in the Swiss SBL. NaNa scored 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 17 minutes. His team was badly defeated by 17 points 76-59. NaNa has averaged so far 9.0ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.7apg in three games. He used to play for the Cameroonian national team three years ago.

   #14. International forward Franck Kouagnia (201-89, currently plays in France) couldn't help the league outsider GET Vosges in their game against Saint-Quentin in the French NM1 (third division). Kouagnia scored 5 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 14 minutes. His team lost 65-75. Kouagnia has averaged so far 7.2ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.8apg in five games. He plays currently for the Cameroonian national team.

Paul Biligha (200-C/F-90, agency: Players Group, currently plays in Italy) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider Pistoia Basket (0-2) crushing them 97-69 in the Italian Serie A on Sunday night. He scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 15 minutes. Umana Reyer Venezia (2-0) is placed second in the Serie A. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. This year Biligha's overall stats are: 4.0ppg and 2.5rpg in two games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Cameroonian and Italian.

   #2. Ralph Temgoua (194-G-87, college: St.Lawrence, currently plays in France) led SO Maritime Boulogne to a victory against the ninth-ranked ALS Basket (2-3) 88-79 in the French NM1 (third division) last Saturday. He scored 13 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 29 minutes. SO Maritime Boulogne (1-4) is placed 11th in Group A. It was his team's first victory after four consecutive loses. Temgoua has relatively good stats this year: 11.4ppg, 3.8rpg and 2.8apg in five games. He is another player who holds two passports: Cameroonian and French.

   #3. Samir Gbetkom Bikantchou (191-G-98, currently plays in France) managed to help ESSM Le Portel Cote d'Opale to win against one of league's weakest teams Olympique Antibes (0-5) 98-87 in the French ProA on Friday night. Gbetkom Bikantchou scored only one point. ESSM Le Portel Cote d'Opale (3-2) is placed sixth in the ProA. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. This season Gbetkom Bikantchou averages only 0.3ppg.

   #4. JP Tokoto (198-F-93, college: N.Carolina, currently plays in Israel). Tokoto could not help Hapoel Eilat (0-2) to beat Maccabi T-A (2-0). He scored 7 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Hapoel Eilat was defeated 83-70 at home by the much higher-ranked Maccabi T-A (#3). Tokoto has averaged so far 6.0ppg, 3.5rpg and 2.0apg. He has both American and Cameroonian nationalities.

   #5. Experienced Tcheussi Aristide Mouaha (190-G-0, currently plays in Italy) was the major contributor in a Roma S.Azzurra's victory against the 14th-ranked Catania Alfa (0-2) 80-68 in the Italian Serie B (third division) in Saturday night's game. He scored 17 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. It was his first game for Roma S.Azzurra this season. His team is placed fourth in Group D.

   #6. Johan Bitjaa Kody (207-C-93, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Spain) was not able to help Caceres Basket (0-2) in their last game. Despite Bitjaa Kody's good performance Caceres Basket lost 57-70 on the road to the lower-ranked (#11) Oviedo_CB. He scored 10 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 21 minutes. Bitjaa Kody has averaged so far 6.3ppg and 3.7rpg in three games.

   #7. Paul Herman Eboua (203-F/C-0, currently plays in Italy) contributed to an easy victory against the 13th-ranked Cagliari DA 86-68 in the Italian Serie A2 (second division) on Sunday night. He scored 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Eboua has averaged so far 7.5ppg and 2.5rpg.

   #8. Cedric Keller (204-F/C-1, currently plays in Italy) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tcheussi Aristide Mouaha and both played together in the last Italian Serie B game. Keller contributed to a Roma S.Azzurra's victory against the 14th-ranked Catania Alfa 80-68. He scored 13 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 32 minutes. It was his first game for Roma S.Azzurra this season.

   #9. Roland Nyama (198-G/F-93, college: Stony Brook, currently plays in Germany) helped Lions win their game against the league outsider Ehingen/Urspringschule 91-85 in the German ProA (second division) in Saturday night's game. Nyama recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Nyama has reliable stats this season: 13.5ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.8apg. He also holds two passports: Cameroonian and German. Despite Nyama's Cameroonian nationality, he previously played for the German U16 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Cameroonian team.
