Cameroon - Morocco 84:74

Cameroon improved at 5-3 record in Group E of the World Cup African Qualifiers. They edged Morocco behind 18 points from Arnaud-William Adala Moto (198-F-93, college: Towson, agency: Duran International) and Jeremy Nzeulie (188-SG-91) each. Cameroon sank 22 points in the opening quarter to open a 2-point lead. They recorded a 42:39 halftime advantage. Morocco erased the deficit in the third period. They pulled ahead to gain a 9-point lead at the final intermission. But Cameroon unloaded 30 points in the fourth stanza and raced to the win. Benoit Mbala (203-F-95) had 17 points in the win. Soufiane Kourodu answered with 14 points for Morocco.

Condor Basketball Club crowned Champions - 6 days ago
Condor Basketball Club crowned Champions finishing with a 4-2 record in the Final Four Stage. In the second round they first beat FAP 79:74 as the latter finished second with the same record. In Day 2 Conor overcame UDLA 104:81 and then did not mind a 70-80 loss from Ecole de Basket. Both UDLA and Ecole de Basket ended up with 2-4 records.   [read more]
