We dont know why the basketball association doesn't take off ASTY from the championship. For the second time, this team was absent at the time of the match!

We dont know why every time, the Amazons lost the first and the second quarter. They have difficulties to begin the matches. AS-Sonabhy with Kuniko plays faster. The center Diane PODA scored in the zone. At the end of the quarter, the Petroliers leaded by 11-10.
In the second quarter, Marietou COULIBALY of the Petroliers did her entry. She gave fast breaks to her team and scored free throws. She scored 8 of the 16 points of her team in this quarter.
Half time: 27-21 for AS-Sonabhy
In the third quarter, the man to man defense of the amazons couldnt stop the Petroliers. The coach chose a zone defense (1-2-2). Slowly the Amazons, who seemed to be too heavy, speed up their play. Assitan CAMARA helped by Alida PODA, played with Mariam TRAORE and Claudine TIOYE in the restricted zone. Its was hard for their defenders. Claudine TIOYE scored 9 of the 14 points of her team in this quarter.
In the fourth quarter Assitan and Mariam for the amazons by little passes and fast breaks scored 15 of the 18 points of the quarter. It was the best match of Assitan who was the best scorer of the Petroliers last year.
Score: 46-53 for ASFA-Y; best scorer, Mariam TRAORE (ASFA-Y) with 17 points
