For their second match, the electricians (AS-Sonabel) were face to the petroliers (petroliers)! For this season, as-sonabhy wanted to stop the long series without defeat in the ligue du centre (6 years) of electricians! They begun the match with a zone defence (2-1-2) and many fastbreaks; the electricians seemed to be out of the game; they took 6-0 in 2 minutes! But it was just the beginning; slowly, point after point, they harder their play and speeded up the game! Honorine NOUDOFININ (5 rebounds, 4 blocks, 3 steals) and Mariam TRAORE (8 rebounds, 1 block, 8 steals) controlled the defence! Many passes to destabilise the zone gave many points and fouls against petroliers; Oumou TRAORE (ex-electrician) with 5 fouls was out of game at the second quarter; 29-13 for electricians at the half time! With 22 points advance at the third quarter, substitutions to give minutes to the bench, permitted to the petroliers to reduce the score at the end of the match: 48-59 for electricians!
