Under18 Basketball Team Beat Botswana

Luanda The Angolan national under 18 females basketball team defeated on Monday Botswana by 104-22, in the second round of zonal tournament, qualifying for Africa Cup of Nations (Afrobasket2012), taking place in Maputo city (Mozambique).

On Sunday, Angola beat Mozambique 61-40, in the first round of the tournament.

With this victory, Angola lead the competition with four points.

In male category, Angola defeated Botswana by 104-53, after having lost on Sunday to Mozambique by 46-50.
