Troopers crowned National Basketball Champions in Botswana - Dec 12, 2013

In what was a must see finals between two rivals, the Botswana Basketball league came to thrilling end as old nemesis Troopers faced off against Spartans for top honour. The championship was a best of three series. In game one both teams exchanged leads right up to the very end before troopers sole game one 56-51. In game two, both team came out firing as Spartans was looking to extend the series to a game three. Troopers were in no mood for that and just wanted to rap up the series. In the first quarter Spartans took the lead 18-14 but troopers clawed their way back as both teams exchanged baskets. The final score ended 64-58 in favor of troopers.
