Kepler dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to GSMRR's 24. Kepler forced 20 GSMRR turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Gbenakpon Keita stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 21 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and point guard Nelly Nsanzabaganwa (-1995) chipped in 16 points, 8 rebounds and 13 assists. Four Kepler players scored in double figures.
