UCU Ladies clinched NBL title. They overcame JKL Dolphins in the decisive seventh game of the championship series to conquer their 8th NBL title. UCU Ladies outrebounded JKL Dolphins 52-36 including a 33-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Forward Rose Akon (-2000) fired a double-double by scoring 22 points and 29 rebounds for the winners. Forward Millicent Otieno (-1995) chipped in 28 points. The former international power forward Hope Akello (183-1997) produced 19 points and 9 rebounds and the former international guard Ritah Imanishimwe (173-1996) added 19 points respectively for lost side.
