Blazers secured the Finals berth following a road win over KIU Titans. Blazers held KIU Titans to an opponent 22.5 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.9 percent accuracy of the winners. Blazers forced 21 KIU Titans turnovers and had a 38-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. KIU Titans were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Kenyan forward Okall Koranga (206-1990) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Center Daniel Monoja (197-1993) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Chuma Joseph replied with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 15 rebounds and Kenyan center Fidel Odur Okoth (203-1996) added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for KIU Titans. KIU Titans' coach rotated ten players and allowed the starting five to rest.
