An interesting game for Windbreakers (3-1) which played road game in Bloemfontein against second-ranked Warriors (1-3). First ranked Windbreakers had an easy win 71-49. Windbreakers held Warriors to an opponent 24.4 percent shooting from the field compared to 34.7 percent accuracy of the winners. Windbreakers forced 21 Warriors turnovers. Warriors were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Lwazi Mapititza stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and Botswana guard Thuto Gaborone (181-92) chipped in 9 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Job Mashwabathi (195) responded with 4 points and 18 rebounds and guard Elias Galane scored 11 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Windbreakers have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 3-1 record. Warriors lost third consecutive game. They keep the second position with three games lost. They share it with NW Eagles and M.Rhinos.
