RSSB Tigers have won 2026 BAL opener

Rwanda Energy Group (REG) Basketball Club, also known as RSSB Tigers, secured a strong 103–95 victory over Al Ahly Benghazi in their opening game of the Basketball Africa League 2026. The game was part of the Kalahari Conference currently being held in Pretoria. Leonard Craig Randall delivered an outstanding performance, scoring 37 points to lead REG to victory. His contribution was crucial in overcoming the strong challenge from the Libyan side.
REG will next face Petro de Luanda on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
