Both teams started slowly, finishing the first quarter tied at 9-9, but the pace picked up in the second, with Spintex edging ahead 25-23 to take a narrow halftime lead. The Knights then pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring the Oilers 21-14 and building crucial momentum. Despite a low-scoring fourth, Spintex held firm defensively, limiting LPRC to just 12 points and closing out the game comfortably. The win boosts Spintex's campaign as they aim for a spot in the 2026 Basketball Africa League.
James Amotoe (1998) top-scored for the winners with 21 points and Khyree Temple (198-F, college: Livingstone) netted 9. Lassina Sidibe (200-F-2002) and Anthony Quadri (2007) had 11.
