Kyle Vinales gets MVP of the Week award for Basketball Africa League

Experienced American-Puerto Rican Kyle Vinales (188-SG-1992, agency: 011 Sports) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's leader Al Ittihad Alexandria and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 32-year old shooting guard had the game-high 26 points adding seven rebounds and six assists for Al Ittihad Al. in his team's victory, helping them to crush Rivers H. (#2, 3-1) with 20-point margin 100-80. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Al Ittihad Al. to consolidate first place in the Basketball Africa League. The season is still on an early stage, but Al Ittihad Al. already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Vinales had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range and got six three-pointers out of 10 attempts. He just recently signed at Al Ittihad Al., being already a very valuable addition to the team. Central Connecticut State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Vinales is in league's top in points (7th best: 14.8ppg), rebounds (7th best: 6.5rpg), assists (6th best: 3.8apg) and averages solid 2.5spg and 58.6% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Belgian Ayoub Nouhi (195-SF-1999) of Fath US de Rabat. Nouhi impressed basketball fans with 19 points and 3 rebounds. Of course he led FUS Rabat to another comfortable win outscoring Stade (0-4) 92-72. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Nouhi is well-known by FUS Rabat fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Al Ittihad Al.'s star - American George King (198-G/F-1994, agency: Slash Sports). King scored 23 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. He was another key player of Al Ittihad Alexandria, helping his team with a 100-80 easy win against #2 ranked Rivers H. in a game of the week. Al Ittihad Al. started extremely well this year. They recorded 4 victories without losing a single game. King turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. King has a great season in Basketball Africa League. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.3ppg (2nd best) and rebounds with 5.5rpg (8th best).
